Caleb A. Malcolm
Company President
Caleb A. Malcolm became the Company President of Lumbee 56 Construction, LLC, dba Lumbee 56, LLC (L56) in July 2022 following a role as Deputy Vice President of Operations. Malcolm is an enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for LTE.
Prior to employment with L56, Malcolm served as Vice President of Information Technology at Lumbee River Electric Membership Corporation (LREMC) and Chief Technical Officer of LREMC-Technologies (a fiber/broadband subsidiary). Malcolm retired from the United States Air Force after 20+ years’ service in 2017 where he served as a cyber officer.
Malcolm is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and currently serves as a public member appointee on the North Carolina Credit Union Commission.
