Consisting of four (4) members, the Board of Directors oversee Lumbee Holdings, Inc. The members serve based on positions they hold within the Tribal Government of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina. The Board of Directors acts independently from the Tribal Government to oversee the long-term goals and strategies of the corporation.
